There are two sections of content, both of which are included in the membership.
Concepts & Ideas
This is for the abstract thinkers, the far-seeing ponderers, and the meta-analysts. Here I share content that prods at the principles and mechanisms which underlie phenomena and trends we can all notice on the surface but seem to escape explanation. This includes written articles, audio recordings of those articles, recorded video and audio discussions with other professionals, research topics, stats, graphs, and creative illustrations.
Topics range from physical movement practice and training, to psychology and mental health, to politics and social issues. This is big-picture stuff with an eye on the long game. My aim with this content is to focus on issues that have the greatest potential to fundamentally shift moment-to-moment experience and choice long-term. While I do offer some actionable advice here, I leave much of the work up to the practitioner to connect the dots and apply these insights in practice.
Actions & Instructions
This is for those seeking straight-to-the-point, concrete, sink-my-teeth-in-right-now physical practice content. I share detailed technical exercise tutorials on topics ranging from calisthenics, to strength and speed development, to mobility and rehab/prehab work; example programs with different focuses and emphasis; simple, quick adjustments to mindset that have an immediate impact on performance and sustainability. This will take the form of both video and written content. Here you’ll find no BS, high potency, actionable guidance in physical movement and mindset.
